Are you an experience IT Support specialist? Do you have experience in the legal sector? If so I have an exciting opportunity for you with a law firm.
The role is a permanent position that is hybrid (3x days a week on site) with a salary of up to £35,000 for the right candidate. The role is an IT support role, whilst you will be responsible for 1st/2nd line support activities you will also have further exposure to Networking and other 3rd line activities.
– Must have strong 1st/2nd line experience
– Experience with Windows Server, AD, Office 365 are essential
– Must have experience with Windows 10/11
– Knowledge of MS Azure is desired.
– Any experience with basic networking (VLAN, Router Configuration) is desired
– Experience with legal tech such as Case Management, Practice Management, Digital dictation software is desired
