we’re looking for a project manager to join us on our continuous journey of true nourishment, helping with our refurbs and new builds

the role |

this roles contributes to the success of wagamama by leading existing restaurants refurbishment + new restaurant development and across the entire wagamama estate

• Managing the day-to-day aspects of projects from initiation to completion
• To ensure a well-defined strategic plan for new restaurant openings and refurbishment is implemented
• Manages all aspects of new restaurants and refurbishment programme to support wagamama’s and growth
• participates in the development of wagamama design objectives to meet company objectives of appearance, quality, quantity and costs
• prepares, communicates and educates internal and internal stakeholders and property team on changes in policies and practices within the wagamama
• plans and manages new build processes and practices to ensure that programs are aligned with wagamama business goals and objectives
• Oversees creation of project development budgets for restaurants construction
• idenitfying, assembling + manageing prohect resources to acheiev objectives
• leading planning of projects inc a project plan with a schedule
• capturing benefits + working with pmo

• significant experience in project management across the hospitality industry
• Experience of working within a distributed organisation, ideally in the hospitality industry
• Experience of leading multi-disciplined teams, including managing external providers
