Warehouse Supervisor

Right Now Group are currently recruiting for a freight forwarder based in Colnbrook seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join their 4 on 4 off operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with security regulations, and maintaining an efficient work-flow within the facility.

Position: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Colnbrook
Salary: £35,000
Hours: 4 on 4 off (Days)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in freight handling, storage, and dispatches
  oversee X-Ray Screening processes to comply with aviation security regulations.
• Ensure all cargo screening meets whilst maintaining (CAA) guidelines.
• Train and manage warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with health & safety and security protocols.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely movement of shipments.
• Loading and unloading, goods in and out
• Pick and Pack
• Conduct routine inspections of warehouse equipment and security screening devices.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, airlines, and logistics partners to streamline warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, screenings, and compliance documentation.
• Implement and uphold warehouse safety policies to prevent workplace accidents.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor within a freight forwarding / logistics environment.
• NXCT, Level COS
• Strong knowledge of aviation security regulations and cargo screening protocols.
• Forklift license
• Full 5 year background check & DBS
