Senior IT Specialist

My client a leading FMCG organisation is seeking a Senior IT Specialist based at the offices in Aston, Birmingham.

My client is a global FMCG company that holds significant market share in its field.

As Senior IT Specialist, reporting to the IT Manager you will take the lead on:

• Back up solutions
• 2nd / 3rd Line tickets (upto 16 per day)
• Championing Excel (Pivots, V-Look Ups) & handling subsequent tickets
• Understanding Cloud technology for eventual upgrades
• Architecture design and associated costing
• Wireless Access Point upgrades
• Implementation of a new ticketing system
• Sands, Servers & CCTV quotes and eventual upgrade

The most desirable Senior IT Specialist applicant will come from a MSP or equivalent 3rd line role and move from deployment to a project baseed role with an element of BAU.

Upto £55,000 per annum plus benefits
