Key Responsibilities of a Creative Graduate:

• Deliver engaging and creative learning activities to inspire and support students in their academic progress.
• Use innovative and artistic approaches to make lessons interactive and enjoyable.
• Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to adapt learning techniques to meet individual student needs.
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment, helping students build confidence and motivation.
• Support students with additional learning needs, ensuring inclusivity in all learning activities.
• Assist in creating learning resources and visual aids that enhance student engagement.

The Ideal Creative Graduate Will Have:

• A degree in a creative field (e.g., Drama, Art, Music, Media, English, Education, or related disciplines).
• A passion for working with children and a desire to make learning exciting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, teachers, and parents.
