Do you have a year or two experience supporting a business with their creative marketing, would you like the opportunity to grow and develop in a standalone role offering further training and support? Join an established and thriving business in the real estate/property industry as a Creative Marketer, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping their brand presence and driving engagement with key stakeholders. Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee the company website, making any amendments required alongside, creating engaging content for the website, social media, and company events.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to enhance brand presence.
• Manage and update the company website, ensuring content is fresh, engaging, and aligned with brand messaging.
• Create compelling content for social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials to drive engagement and audience growth.
• Oversee content creation for company events, including promotional materials, presentations, and digital assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

About You:

• Copywriting and content creation skills for multiple platforms.
• Experience with website management (WordPress, CMS, or similar platforms).
• Graphic design and basic video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the real estate/property industry is a plus.
