We are looking for a facilities maintenance engineer at our manufacturing site in Coventry. We have been supplying high quality parts to the automotive industry for well over 30 years, with a substantial order book up until the end of 2026 already in place.

As a company we have exceptional retention rates for engineers with 7 of our 8 strong maintenance team have been with us in excess of 10 years. We have turnover in excess of £1 billion for the last year with no plans to slow down.

Roles and responsibilities

• Maintenance and upkeep of site facilities within an industrial environment.
• This will include maintenance of lighting, drainage, fire alarms, security systems, air conditioning units, air handling systems and CCTV systems
• There will also be an element of DIY responsibilities

The Successful Engineer

• Facilities maintenance engineer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an industrial environment
• Electrical qualification would be highly beneficial for this role
• Comfortable working alone
