Job Purpose

• Provide financial support across various areas, including sales and purchase ledger, and management accounts.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations.
• Help maintain accurate financial records and meet deadlines.

Main Duties

• Assist with debt management and sales ledger tasks.
• Support the purchase ledger process.
• Help with month-end reconciliations for management accounts.
• Support capital project reconciliations.
• Aid other finance team members with tasks when needed.
• Follow financial regulations and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience with accounting systems.
• Relevant qualification/background
• Able to start quickly
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and work under pressure
