Finance Director

A growing civil engineering contractor based in Manchester are currently looking to appoint a new Finance Director.

You will oversee a small finance team whilst working very closely with the Managing Director during a very exciting period of growth for the business.

Key responsibilities.

• Lead on acquisitions
• Strategic planning with the MD
• Preparing budgets and forecasts
• Analysing variances to budgets
• Preparing statutory accounts
• Ensuring compliance with regulations
• Managing cash flow
• Safeguarding company assets
• Reviewing and updating financial policies and procedures
• Maintaining banking relationships
• Leading and supporting the accounts team

In order to apply you must be a CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified Finance Director with experience working in the construction or civil engineering industry.
