Role Requirement:
We are looking for a candidate to demise a number of IT service definitions in EIM (system inventory) (Equipment Inventory Management ) and other systems.
Ideally, they’ll be familiar with data inventory, asset inventory, software inventory, IT services, SLA, technical service offerings, SNOW, JIRA.
They’ll need to
Work with other stakeholders to identify steps to demise the service. (End of Life/Legacy System)
Use various data inventories to submit demise requests for components in those services.
Submit various Jira/SNOW tickets to respective teams to facilitate the demise.
