We are looking for a proactive Russian Speaking IT Support Specialist with at least 1-2 year of experience to ensure smooth IT operations across our business. This role involves traveling between branches to provide technical support and set up IT infrastructure for new locations. Travel expenses between branches will be covered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
• Provide IT support both remotely and in person across multiple branches.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, user accounts, and access permissions.
• Implement security protocols, including antivirus software and firewalls.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions.
• Train end-users on software applications and IT best practices.
• Assist with hardware procurement and inventory management.
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a positive user experience.

• Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years of experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, networking, and system configurations.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and data protection best practices.
• Willingness to travel between branches as required.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Russian language skills are a strong advantage.
