Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for design, video editing, and storytelling? We’re looking for a talented junior creative to join a thriving team in the heart of Birmingham City Centre, where you’ll get to work on a variety of exciting projects!

What You’ll Do:

• Design eye-catching graphics, digital content, and marketing materials
• Create and edit dynamic video content to engage and inspire audiences
• Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts across different platforms
• Assist with brainstorming and ideation sessions for both graphic design and video projects
• Ensure all creative work aligns with the brand vision and communication objectives
• Stay ahead of trends in design, video editing, and creative content creation

What We’re Looking For:

• A creative portfolio that showcases graphic design and video editing work
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• A passion for storytelling through both design and video
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Previous creative, video editing, or graphic design experience (internships, freelance, or academic projects are welcome)
