Marketing Manager & Client Experience Manager

Location: Apley, Telford

Hours: 2-3 hours per day, flexible (between 10 AM – 2 PM)

Hourly Rate: £12.50 – £15.00 per hour

About the Role

You’ll work closely with the CEO and lead clinician, but with a high degree of autonomy—so if you’re a self-starter who thrives on independence, you’ll love this job.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update the website and social media channels.
• Create and implement fun and engaging marketing campaigns to attract new clients.
• Develop and manage email marketing and client follow-ups.
• Gather and create client testimonials to showcase our results.
• Oversee and improve Google My Business and online visibility.
• Greet and engage with clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Brainstorm and execute creative ideas to bring in new clients.
• Handle general client communication and engagement strategies.
• Perform light office/admin work as needed.
