What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot equipment, monitor production schedules and adapt plans to keep everything running smoothly.
• Work cross-functionally to improve processes and tackle challenges head-on.
• Track production metrics and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in managing teams, ideally in manufacturing.
• A solid understanding of machinery and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively would be a great advantage
• Strong communication skills to inspire and guide your team.
• Skilled in maths and data management to monitor performance and inventory.
