• Annual Salary: £35,000 – £45,000

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. This role is crucial in ensuring that our warehouse processes run smoothly and that productivity targets are met.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage and oversee the entire warehouse operations from shipment receipts to order management, picking, and inventory control.
• Supervise a team of warehouse staff, including creating schedules, providing training, and ensuring staff safety.
• Monitor stock levels and carry out periodic stock checks.
• Implement and uphold high customer service standards and processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Optimize warehouse operations through efficient space utilization and material handling.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage staff.
• A strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
