About the role

The Audi Warranty Administrator is responsible for managing warranty claims and ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines. This role requires a meticulous individual with strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Sytner Warranty Administrators work a variety of flexible patterns to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service; the successful candidate will be required to based full time on site to help coach and support our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage warranty claims under Audi Brand guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and communications.
• Liaise with Audi’s warranty department to ensure timely resolution of claims.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors, technicians, and customers regarding warranty issues.
• Review and authorise warranty repair orders, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
• Provide training and support to staff on warranty procedures and policies.
• Stay up-to-date with Audi’s warranty policies and any changes to warranty coverage.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry, preferably with a premium brand.
• Strong understanding of warranty processes and manufacturer guidelines.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using dealership management software and Microsoft Office.
